A Favourite View - Working from a Photograph in a more abstract way. Friday 19th June

Price includes materials, hot lunch and tea and coffee. Adults only.

Bring a photograph/s of a favourite place or work from one of mine provided. We will decide first what we want to achieve ie. how abstract and how faithful to the image we want to be. We will look at the composition and values (contrast) and discuss all the ways we can reduce it to make a manageable painting. It’s all about coming out of your comfort zone a bit and trying something new with a clear goal. We will be using acrylic paint.
